How do I sign up?
You start with a free demo of Clearplan. We don't collect your credit card until you've determined Clearplan is the right product for you. Click here to register for a demo.
How do you define a user?
A Clearplan user is any user that can log in to Clearplan. You can add and remove users at any time.

Is there a discount for yearly service?

How do I cancel service?
Canceling Clearplan is an easy, no-questions-asked process. If you need to cancel, just contact us.
Can I switch plans?
You can switch plans at any time. Simply do this from your Settings page in Clearplan. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for every package. The Annual Package also includes the option to pay by check or wire transfer (we can invoice you with net 30 terms).
What happens after my trial?
You can upgrade to any subscription any time during your free trial. However, if you hit the end of your trial without choosing a subscription, your account will be put on hold (your accounts, Team Members, and data will all stay safe and sound, don't worry) until you choose a subscription.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
There’s no contract on the monthly packages—you just pay as you go, and you can cancel any time. The Annual Package is a one-year contract. You can choose to renew or cancel at the end of every year.

Is my company data safe with Clearplan?
Yes, your data is safe. All your data is stored on secure data centers. We also perform daily backups of all your data.
